Location: Lost At Sea is situated within the Seabrook community, overlooking the Pacific Ocean along the Olympic Peninsula. The home is within a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to downtown Seabrook. Outdoor Space: Relax on the spacious front porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean view. The front area is enclosed with a fence, offering a large paved patio with a table and chairs for eight. The backyard features a private hot tub, outdoor shower, and fire pit, perfect for gathering with friends and family. A paved pathway leads to the beach trail, making it easy to transport your belongings from the car to the beach house.There is also a stairway adjacent to the home, providing easy access to the upper level. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom (Top Level) The top floor houses the master bedroom vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area overlooking the conservation area, a king size bed, large closet, large dresser, and a bright bathroom with two sinks. The king mattress ensures a restful night’s sleep, and device chargers on both nightstands keep you connected. Enjoy privacy and tranquility away from the common areas. Second Bedroom (Lower Level): The lower level features a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, providing comfort and convenience. Bunk Room (Lower Level): The bunk room includes four beds, perfect for children or adults. Kitchen & Dining: The main floor boasts an open floor plan with abundant natural light, consisting of a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware for 12, child-friendly dishes, cups, and utensils. You’ll find all the cookware you need, including a KitchenAid mixer, deluxe toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and blender. The open dining area seats eight, and a door leads to the back deck with two large chairs and a gas BBQ grill, offering beautiful views of the conservation area. Coffee Bar: Enjoy your morning brew with our fully equipped coffee bar, featuring a coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and a selection of mugs. Living Room: The cozy living area on the upper level features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a modern smart TV with cable ready for your streaming accounts. Adjacent to the living room is an entryway with a seating bench and coat rack, as well as a powder room. Media Room: The lower level includes a media room with a sofa, smart TV with Airplay and casting capabilities, and ample space to unwind with a book or a movie. Bathrooms: Master Suite Bathroom (Upper level) The bright en-suite bathroom in the master suite features two sinks, providing ample space and comfort for your morning and evening routines. Main Floor Bathroom: Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a convenient powder room. Lower Level Bathroom: The lower level includes a full-size bathroom with a stand-up shower, stocked with essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer. Laundry: A full-sized washer and dryer are available on the lower level for use during your stay. Dog Owners: Dogs are welcome to join you on your beach getaway providing amenities such as a dog bed, bowls, and beach towels. The front yard and backyard are both individually fully fenced. There is also a hot/cold water spigot in the front yard to wash your pup! Seabrook is a very dog friendly community and you will enjoy walks through the community, the off-leash dog park, and the beach! Family-Friendly Amenities: To make your stay more comfortable, we've provided a pack 'n play for your little ones, conveniently located in the master bedroom closet. Additionally, you'll find a baby gate available to help block off access to the stairs, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment for your family. **THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY! No smoking is allowed inside the home or outside on the property. If there is any sign of smoking after your checkout, there will be a $250 charge added to your stay. **MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT! **Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Excessive sand in the hot tub will require the renter to pay an additional $100 to cover the draining and cleaning of the hot tub. Close Hot tub cover when not in use. *Please note: This rental does not offer access to Seabrook's Pools/Gym and we will not charge a resort fee. Please book directly with Seabrook Rentals to utilize the swimming pools, spa, & gym. **Please remove your shoes upon entry into the home. **LOST AT SEA DOG POLICY: Our home is limited to 2 dogs at a time. An additional charge of $75 will be charged for any additional pets not priorly approved. Please do not leave a dog unattended in our home or your car at any time, unless crated. If you forgot your crate, they can be purchased at The Salty Dog in town. Please keep dogs off of furniture and beds at all times. There are doggie stations all over town with poop bags and waste bins, please pick up after your dog. Your pooch can run off leash on the beach or in the dog park. Please keep them on a leash in all other areas. **There will be a $100 fee to clean excess hair up; damages will be charged to the card on file. Any professional services will be billed as well. **Winter Weather Advisory: During the winter months on the Washington coast, it's not uncommon for storms to occasionally cause power outages. In the unlikely event this happens during your stay, please know that we have equipped the house with flashlights and other essentials to ensure your comfort and safety. We recommend keeping these items handy and staying informed about the weather forecast during your visit. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. While we understand this may be an inconvenience, please note that refunds are not available in these situations. **RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN / MINORS Adults traveling with children and minors are solely responsible for them and their actions. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tub. There is no supervision on the hiking trails, biking trails, and any Seabrook communal areas. **PARKING Please proceed directly to the house and do not check in at Seabrook Cottage rentals. Please park within the property boundary on the shell gravel. If you need additional parking, please park at the end of the cul de sac near the beach trail on Hidden Cove loop. **Sublet The unit CANNOT be sublet, shared or assigned. Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. If deemed necessary, we will remove unauthorized guests from the property, without reimbursement, and we will not be liable for the cost of alternative accommodations. **Beach / Liability Owner or Agent shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person in connection with this Rental Agreement while using the beach. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent and/or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries. Guests are aware that beach activities can be hazardous and are voluntarily using the with knowledge of the danger involved. **Disputes/Liability HOST shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person or any person's property in connection with this Rental Agreement or while on the premises. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries or damages. **Maximum Occupancy Please note that exceeding the maximum allowed guest occupancy could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with forfeiture of all payments. Any increase in the number of guests without prior approval from the owner may incur additional charges at the owner’s discretion.
